COMPANY INFRASTRUCTURE:
Yamaguchi effectively manages all branches from the Corporate Head Office in Lagos. We utilize the Reflect Suite: CRM, Express Invoice, track requests and Customer Database. The reflect suite is installed in all our branches.
BRANCHES: Branches are equipped with reflect suite on the system and connected to the HQ via a VPN. All staff communicate via mobile phones and secure company email (name@yamaguchigroup.net)
Each branch office, is managed by a Branch Manager and a trained Administrator/Accounts Officer.
Address Verification Officers: Each AVO is trained in Customer Services and are equipped with; Acer Netbook with Internet access, Mobile phone and Motorbike for easy transportation and communication.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The Branch Manager will receive instruction from the Bank on Addresses to be verified and the Administrator processes the information and later enters it into the Reflect system.
Locations will be allocated to the AVOs with the instruction as detailed by the Bank.
87% of genuine addresses will be located on first trial.
In the event that the verifier could not locate the address, he will contact the office and the supervisor will request for more information from our client.
When a customer is located, the verification is done in accordance to the Banks instructions.
In the event that the customer cannot be located after the calls and the visits, the Branch Manager will contact the bank for further instructions and information and the address will be re-visited.
AVOs are instructed to have a time and dated picture of a landmark in the environment as proof of visit in the event the customer could not be located..
